Unlike most personal trainers, I'm not a body builder and I certainly don't pretend to be. So you won't be forced to eat broccoli and rice whilst remaining sober for weeks on end. Just to lose weight that you'll put straight back on.

Instead my focus is on long term success and actual lifestyle change. Essentially I will be the last personal trainer you'll ever need.

How much does Personal Training cost?

All personal training sessions are 55 minutes and take place in one of our 3 private studios, so it's just you and your personal trainer.

You can choose between 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week depending on you and your budget.

If you plan to go to a gym outside of our personal training sessions then you'll also be given a program to follow. So you know exactly what to do.

1-1 Personal Training

Perfect for those looking to have a private 1-1 personal training session. All experience levels are welcome as you'll have a tailor made program.

£60 per session

2-1 Personal Training

Ideal for couples or friends that would like to share the cost of personal training.Programming of workouts may be similar, with some sections of the session tailored to each individual.

£35 per person, per session
