What results can you expect?

In just 12 weeks, you can transform from a complete novice to confidently mastering all punches, footwork, and head movement. You'll be able to flow seamlessly through natural, fluid movements, completing three 3-minute rounds of boxing—equivalent to an amateur fight.

How much does 1-1 Boxing cost?

All boxing sessions are 1-1 and take place in one of our 3 private studios, so it's just you and your boxing coach.
