As your boxing coach, I’m here to guide you from the basics to advanced techniques at a pace that suits you. You’ll not only learn a new skill, but you'll also improve your health and fitness without the endless hours on a treadmill.
But to build a well rounded physique, you need more than just an hour on the pads. A structured weight training program is key. The combination of boxing and weight training creates the perfect fitness session, helping you build strength, endurance, and power.

In just 12 weeks, you can transform from a complete novice to confidently mastering all punches, footwork, and head movement. You'll be able to flow seamlessly through natural, fluid movements, completing three 3-minute rounds of boxing—equivalent to an amateur fight.
