A fantastic gym. Being able to have your own space to workout is perfect, as somebody who is nervous trying new things in public gyms with people watching this is a much better option and has allowed me to do my workouts confidently. Each room has a wide range of equipment all of which is well maintained, always clean and tidy. The waiting room is really nice with good facilities and water and coffee available. The booking system is super easy to use and there is always spaces available! There's parking on site. The manager is lovely and makes sure to check in and make sure everything is as you need, the ability to be flexible with your membership is great with the option of weekly or monthly memberships. Would 100% recommend :)

Been going to OneGym for some time now and I love it. Can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a great private setup with the gym rooms, no worry about having machines to use. I love the privacy and the boxing PT I do is brilliant. Highly recommend!

Amazing gym with very friendly people. My concern before was that I wouldn't have enough equipment but it literally provides all the equipment you need. Not to mention there's always availability. Would highly recommend trying it out at least.

I’ve been training at this gym for a few months now, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve experienced. The level of privacy is unmatched. No waiting around for machines, no crowds, and plenty of space to focus fully on my workout. The equipment is high quality, with everything you need to complete your workouts. I like how each room also varies in equipment, making each room unique and helps to switch up your routine and environment. The gym is always spotless, from the floors, machines and even the bathrooms. The booking system also helps to keep me consistent, with the ability to pick a time slot and amend it if necessary. If you’re looking for a private, well-equipped, and immaculately maintained gym, this is the place.

Really impressed with One Gym Cheshire. The facilities are clean and well looked after, and there’s a great range of equipment whether you’re into weights or cardio. The atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Staff are approachable and always happy to help. Highly recommend!

Most people feel different (energy, clothes fit) within 2–3 weeks. Visible strength gains or fat loss takes 6–8 weeks of consistent training. We track progress weekly so you always know you're moving forward.
Because it's not like other gyms. You're paying for a private studio, expert instruction, and a programme designed specifically for you — not a crowded floor and a generic template. Most people realise within 4 weeks it's the best £100 they spend monthly.
Launch offers require 6 months. After that, you can leave anytime with a month's notice. We don't believe in trapping people — if One Gym isn't working for you, there's no point keeping you here. But most people stay because results speak for themselves.
The opposite. Most people feel relieved. No one watching, no comparing yourself to others, no self-consciousness. Your instructor is there focused entirely on you — it's actually the most comfortable way to train.
