With seven years of experience teaching Reformer and mat Pilates at multiple gyms throughout the area, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
I love that Pilates meets people exactly where they are. Whether someone is brand new to exercise, returning from injury, or looking to enhance athletic performance, the Reformer offers a safe, intelligent, and highly effective way to build strength and stability. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients prevent injuries before they happen, improving alignment, strengthening stabilising muscles, and creating balanced movement patterns that support everyday life.
I’m especially passionate about encouraging clients back to exercise. Watching someone regain confidence in their body, rebuild strength after injury, and move without pain is incredibly fulfilling. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, and overall body awareness, benefits that extend far beyond the studio.
