I support clients with a wide range of goals, from weight loss and general fitness to rehabilitation, strength training, flexibility, and relieving tight muscles. My background allows me to take a well-rounded approach, tailoring each session to the individual.

My style is all about making training enjoyable, realistic, and sustainable. I believe consistency comes from actually enjoying the process so sessions are fun, motivating, and designed to fit into real life’

How much does Personal Training cost?

All personal training sessions are 1-1 and take place in one of our 3 private studios, so it's just you and your personal trainer.

Block of 10 personal training sessions

No matter your goal you can be sure each session will be tailored to you and your needs. Whether you are looking for 1 session per week or 3 per week Klara will tailor the program to suit you.
