The free consultation is 30 minutes. Standard training sessions are one-to-one with your assigned instructor.

10 personal training sessions at £550. Flexible scheduling to fit around you. Sessions are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

Both monthly packages run on a 3-month commitment. The 4 Sessions per month package is £220 per month. The 8 Sessions per month package is £400 per month. Your sessions reset each month and do not roll over if unused within that cycle.
