Reformer Pilates Classes in Cheshire - Small Groups, Expert Instruction

A 4-bed studio. Small classes. Real progression.

04

- Bed Studio

Most Reformer studios accommodate 10, 12, or even 16 people per class. Ours accommodates four.

That difference is not incidental — it is the point. In a class of four, your instructor can see exactly what you're doing, correct your form in real time, and progress your training at the right pace for you. There is nowhere to hide, which means there is nowhere for poor technique to go unaddressed.

It also means the atmosphere is calm, focused, and completely free of the self-consciousness that larger studios can create. You will be challenged. You will be supported. And you will know, each time you leave, exactly where you stand.

CLASS TYPES

We run four distinct class formats, each designed for a different purpose. Your membership gives you access to all of them.

Mix

This class is a surprise! Come along and enjoy all things Reformer Pilates, with a mix of styles drawn from across our classes — or you might turn up to focus on one particular style such as strength, stretch, fundamentals, jump, or our signature booty burner. This freestyle format keeps every class fresh and varied, offering the perfect balance of challenge, variety, and enjoyment.

Principles

Perfect for beginners, this slower-paced Reformer Pilates class brings things back to basics. You'll be introduced to the Reformer and guided through the fundamental movements in a supportive and controlled way. This class is ideal if you want to learn the core principles of Reformer Pilates, are recovering from an injury, or simply prefer to slow things down and focus on technique and control.

Jump

A faster-paced Reformer Pilates class using a mini trampoline attached to the front of the Reformer to incorporate cardio jumps. This low-impact yet high-intensity class combines traditional Reformer exercises with dynamic jump sections for an effective cardio workout, guaranteed to get your heart rate up.

Elevate & Sculpt

A booty, abs, and arms focused Reformer Pilates class designed to help you feel the burn in the areas everyone loves to target. Expect controlled movements, deep pulses, and intense holds that maximise the burn, helping to tone and sculpt these key areas.

Frequently asked questions

Find answers to common questions below

  • Not at all. Our Principles class is designed specifically for beginners and will introduce you to the Reformer and its movements at a pace that suits you. Your first session is free, so there's no pressure — just come as you are.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are required on the Reformer — if you don't have a pair, we can provide them. Avoid loose or baggy clothing as it can get caught in the machine.

  • In a class of four, your instructor can watch your form throughout the entire session, correct technique in real time, and progress your training at the right pace for you specifically. In a class of twelve, that level of attention simply isn't possible.

  • Your membership allows one session per day. Most members see the best results training three to four times per week, but even two sessions a week produces meaningful progress when the technique is right.

  • In many cases, yes. The Principles class is particularly well-suited to those recovering from injury or managing ongoing conditions. We recommend letting your instructor know before your first session so they can adapt movements where needed. Always consult your GP or physio if you are unsure.

  • We run four formats — Mix, Principles, Jump, and Elevate & Sculpt. Principles is the most accessible; Jump is the most cardiovascular; Elevate & Sculpt targets specific muscle groups; and Mix draws from all styles. Once you've tried a free session, your instructor can advise which format suits your goals.
